I shared earlier that we had our kitchen countertops redone. I love it, and now I want to share some before and after pictures. We replaced our white with black speckled granite-tile counter top with a brown speckled Silestone (quartz) countertop. This contrasts nicely with our light kitchen cabinets/flooring/ tile. It's weird because even though the two countertops are different in color, the pictures don't look that different. We also extended our countertop to create an eating bar which gives me even more countertop space (to clutter up). I'm so excited. Now we just have to get some bar stools. The remodel also included a new gas cooktop (which I also love), a new dishwasher, and an undermount deep sink. The sink and faucet are fabulous. We wonder why we didn't do this a lot sooner. Oh well. It's done now and I am very happy. Yippee.

Did you get a bigger oven also? Or should we just order Pizza Hut this year? Oh, don't cry, it makes fun memories and good inside jokes. Love the redo,can't wait to see it live.
Wow! That looks great! We are looking forward to race weekend even though Mitch hasn't hardly been able to ride (weather nd another cold). See you in a couple of weeks. Deb
